About Radii Technologies

The Staff of Radii Technology, Inc. work under a simple philosophy: Customer Service is KEY to our success. To create the best software products possible, we depend on Client Input, and we work closely with the client to create the software that best fits their needs. But we don’t stop at developing fine, customized software for our clients. Our work with the client continues long after the sale to help implement and train new users.

To that end, Radii Technologies, Inc. has been providing high-quality, affordable software development, technical support, and information technology to Non-Profit Agencies and other companies in the United States for nearly a decade. We have expanded from a small software company serving only the Central Florida region, to a nationally recognized company serving the United States from coast to coast. We are now playing a major role in the development of client management software designs used by companies throughout the country.

Radii Technologies is fully staffed with professionals with decades of experience in the fields of computer technology, software development, networking, programming, training, and human and social services. We have offices located in Winter Park, FL and Asheville, NC.

Executive Management:

Richard Foreman, President and CEO of Radii Technologies, Inc.

Richard began his career in computers as an instructor and quickly shared his expertise with the Non-Profit world as IT Director for Community Services Network in Orlando, FL. It was then that he entered the world of HMIS and began working with other like-minded experts to bring Distributed Case Management excellence to non-profit agencies large and small. He has engineering certifications in both Novell and Microsoft.

Edward Giusto- Vice President and Senior Project Manager

Edward “Butch” Giusto has been working in the homeless arena for 20+ years in areas such as grants, grants management, general fundraising, CoC representation, and as Executive Director and President of his own non-profit consulting firm in business since 1987. He has worked as an HMIS Systems Administrator for three different Continuums of Care with a combined 7 years experience in that position.

Susan Leigh Cain - Director of Communications

Cain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications & Broadcasting and a Master’s degree in Communication/ Intercultural Communication. She taught Communications courses as a university professor while also working in video production and public relations for non-profit organizations. Susan is based out of Radii Technologies’ North Carolina office in Asheville.

Nathan Arms - Director of IT and Technical Support

Nathan works at maintaining the WAN/LAN network for Radii. As a network engineer, Arms has played a key role in developing, enacting, and maintaining vital WAN/LAN networks of all sizes. Nathan also heads the Radii technical support team.
