Radii Technologies offers advanced client management systems, customizable for use by non-profit needs-based organizations, and healthcare providers. Our comprehensive program is designed to meet the needs of a variety of applications.

Our program includes many different modules, which enable complete data storage, retrieval and reporting. Some of the available modules include:

Our Client Module allows full intake of all required client demographics, such as name, addresses, race, referral source, family members, residences, client budgets, caseworker assignments and much more. All of the “Lookup Items” and “Detail Items” may be deleted, added to or customized as needed by the user (provided the user has sufficient rights to do so).

Radii's System Module allows for the creation of users & groups, assignment of permissions, the ability to make data fields mandatory and configure and apply policies to groups. Permissions can be assigned down to individual data fields in the program.

Our Information and Referral Module is designed for 211 Call Centers but can be used for phone intake and appointment scheduling. This module also records detailed transactions, such as referrals and services.

Radii's Resource Reservation Module allows for any community resource to be made available for reservation. This includes beds, bus vouchers, gas vouchers, etc. This module also prints out a confirmation letter for clients to take with them so that they can claim the reserved resource.

Our Resource Guide Developer enables communities to create a database of information including local agencies, agency locations, contact information and services. This allows agencies to refer clients to other agencies for services. All services are keyed to the AIRS/InfoLine Taxonomy (a.k.a. the “L.A. Taxonomy”).

Grouping Module: Can group clients into different groups or categories. For instance, Disaster Relief, Volunteer and Donor Groups may be created. Group transactions go to each member without interfering with client reporting.

Radii HUD/APR Module allows for all necessary data intake for HUD funded agencies and completely generates the HUD APR report, in the proper format, with all necessary data filled in.

Radii Reporting Modules (standard & custom) allow the end user to generate reports on any and all data entered into the system. The Standard Reports currently include the HUD APR and United Way reports.

 

While using a national used web based program, I faced many challenges relating to the speed of the program, user capabilities and more... I would recommend Radii to anyone searching for a better program and definitely a better company. I have seen the positive results throughout the state of Texas!
